We're sorry to hear that you’d like to make a return! From the date you receive your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return. Please note that we can only accept and process returns if the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached and dust bags included.

To make a return, simply email us a picture of the product you wish to return at [email protected], and we’ll assist you! We’d also appreciate it if you could share a comment about why you’re returning the item, as this helps us improve for the future. <3

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund using the payment method you selected at checkout. If you used Klarna, your invoice will be updated automatically.

We will not accept any returns missing dust bags, packaging, or tags. If the dust bag is missing from your returned products, a fee of 500 SEK / 50€ / $50 / £50 will be charged.
